Kindly note UNIONMED will be temporary closed for the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival from Sept 10 to Sept 12, 2022. The normal work and production will be resumed since Sept 13,2022.
The Mid-Autumn Festival (also known as The Moon Cake Festival) is one of the most traditional festivals in China. Around this date August 15th (Chinese luner calendar), people who work or living far away from hometown will come back and reunion with family members. The family will share the traditional food mooncakes, which is just in the full moon shape, and enjoy family time under the full moon at night.
But the reunion is getting less since the broke out of the covid, people choose to stay at home and reduce the long distance travelling to cut off the spreading of the virus. We hope all stay safe prior to reunion.
There is a famous poem in China saying:
“Above the sea a moon rises bright,
Across the land all share this sight.”
In China, the full moon represents the reunion of family, it carries people's wishes to the families and friends they love and miss.
We also like to express the same wishes to our customers, although we couldn't meet with each other due to the pandemic, we are thankful for your union with us through the tough times, and believe that we will meet again in the near future.
